Hey guys, hope you have all started enjoying your holidays !!
So, I recently started using some products that I received from HalfN’Half cosmetics and thought of putting up a review for some of them.
Let’s quickly start !!
Mascara– If you are looking for a mascara that adds volume and length to your lashes and gives that curve upward, here is the one that you should be trying from HalfN’Half cosmetics. It’s dark in pigment and gives you that bold-dramatic look. Add a primary coat, allow it to dry fully and then add a second coat to really make your eyes stand out.
Lipstick– Their lipstick holds a generous amount of pigment, resulting in extreme color clarity and vibrancy. It’s moisturizing and hydrating enough to give you smooth and soft lips whenever you wear it. If you love matte lipsticks- look for something which isn’t too drying, gives you a matte look but feel velvety on the lips. And hence, a thumbs up to this one.
Kohl/Kajal– Okay, so what is it that we look for in a Kajal- Jet black colour, smooth application, smudge free, long lasting and reasonable price? So, their Kajal has it all, and it is so sleek that it fits into my pocket as well. It is moderately creamy and glides smoothly under and above the eyes.
Eye liner– I personally feel, eyeliners go a long way in helping you bring out your best features. The one that I am using from HalfN’Half is a liquid liner and not a pencil one, hence the application technique becomes all the more important. Waterproof eyeliners are sometimes difficult to work with, but this one works well even with a Smokey look. However, it doesn’t come with an ultra-thin brush, hence one needs to be careful while applying on the eyes. Shorter strokes on the eyes- is what I would recommend.
Blush stick– One of my favorites, super easy to blend and smoothly glides on the cheeks and cheekbones. Cream blushes for me are any day better as they blend well with a cream highlighter too, which is my favorite formula. The best parts about cream blush is that you use your fingers to apply the product. Although, you can use a brush, the warmth of your fingers loosens the product and disperses the pigment onto cheeks.I have been using it on my cheeks, eyes n lips as well- so it’s a multitasker!
Lip pencil– Available in multiple colors, I am not a big fan of lip pencils but since they can too be put to multiple use- I have been using mine from HalfN’Half as an eye pencil too. And so far they have been really gentle on my eyes and lips both.
So, overall a big thumbs up to the products and definitely recommended.
