I have recently received some products from the premium range of Stately essentials.

So, the 1st product I received is-

Absolute Rose Bath Gel– This one coming with the richness of delicate perfume of rose, leaves a gentle scent on your skin(that subtle aroma)- as well as leaving you feeling fresh and clean. It has an amazing creamy texture and completely moisturizes your skin. It has the right balance between cleansing and over-stripping the moisture from your skin.

2nd product is –

Hair Hydrator- If you have that dry hair that completely lacks moisture- this conditioner will give you smooth, soft and shiny hair. It is super hydrating and restore natural oils removed from hair from daily styling and shampooing. It provides that slip that helps in effective detangling.

And the last product is-

Nature’s special shampoo- Their shampoo is enriched with special kinds of herbs which rejuvenate the scalp, deeply nourishes the hair and restricts hair fall. This helps your hair regain and maintain its natural luster and vitality. This does both- strengthening and giving volume to your hair and healthy hair is always- happy, beautiful and easy to manage & style on a day-to-day basis.

Hope the review helps! 🙂

The Perfect Casual Sunday Brunch Look !

Breakfast and lunch together – this is one of the best things about the brunch dates. Apart from meeting in the middle, the after-hours of the morning – right before lunch time – is the best time to sit down, gather, and talk with friends(or even your boyfriend).
I recently collaborated with Uptownie to create 2 of my favourite Sunday brunch looks for a nice sunny day.

So, when you feel like popping out for lunch on a Sunday noon, what you can throw on that’s casual and yet cute? Here are 2 cute style recipes that you can’t go wrong with.

Skirt the issue-

A skirt can work just as well as a dress, and it allows you to personalize your look by changing up your top. For brunch, though, avoid super tight or short miniskirts. Instead, choose a skirt that hits just above or at the knees to keep the look casual and daytime-appropriate. You can pair it with eyelet tank top or an off shoulder top with white shoes. This whimsical outfit is best if you want a casual what to wear to brunch dates.

Dress it up-

A dress is always an ideal option, but when you’re getting together for brunch, skip the sexy little black cocktail dress and go for a more casual style. This olive cold shoulder dress is one of my top contenders for a summer brunch. It’s dressy enough to wear to your favorite little cafe but also could be dressed down with some heels/flat sandals.

Valentine Look Book !!!!!

Valentine’s day is just another day to me. We should celebrate our love every single day, not just once a year. So, what do we usually do on a Valentine’s day? This day I feel is a great excuse for putting on a fancy and trending #ootd.

Whether you are going out for a romantic dinner, eating out with family, or grabbing bottles of whiskey with friends, you would of course want to keep your chic. So if you still haven’t decided what to wear- here are 3 of my looks for you for this valentine !!

Try Going All-Red

If you think this trend has dropped out of the chart, you’re wrong darling. Going red from head-to-toe on Valentine’s Day is a popular choice. Though some may find it off, we all know that red always works. A chic clutch or a cute pair of heels might be the perfect choices. Don’t be afraid to experiment.

Be sparkly

Throw on something sparkly and short or maybe even midriff-baring and celebrate V-Day- the blingy way.

Non-Cliché look-

Are you one of us who find wearing all-red outfits on Valentine ’s Day rather too mushy?Or ,are you single and looking to just go out for lunch ,coffee or a night out with your fellow single friends? You can dig in your closet and mix and match what you already have and off you go to your outing.

NYE Outfit Ideas/Sarojini Haul- Within 500 bucks !!!!

Hey guys!! Hope you are having a good time with the holiday season on. I recently came back from a short and sweet trip from Ajmer-Pushkar and had a relaxing stay there. I thought of doing a Sarojini Nagar Haul/NYE outfit ideas for you all as just like that, we’re looking at NYE. And guess what- “ALL THIS WITHIN 500 BUCKS”

Now, let’s quickly get started. For many- dressing up is a big part of celebrating New year’s eve, which means the outfit planning begins now. And most of us always look for some style inspiration- removing the guesswork of what to wear.

Don’t want to dress up like a disco ball ?

We all love New year’s eve, but maybe we hate the hassle that comes along with dressing for an occasion that typically calls for too-tight dresses in bizarre silhouettes with an overwhelming number of sequins. Tack on uncomfortably short hemlines, heels that hurt before it’s even close to midnight and outrageous price tags, and you’ve got a recipe for staying right on your couch again this year.

So here, I am in this dress that I got from “Sarojini nagar market” for just 150rs, paired it with my chic thigh black boots, throwing my favorite belt on it from Shein and a classy black sling and am all set for the night.

What I liked about the dress is – This has that little amount of shimmer that we all would love to have in our NYE outfit.

No Dress- Chic way night ?

Are you someone who doesn’t like wearing dresses for the NYE and would rather prefer a look that is refined, smart and unfussy? To get a glam look with minimal efforts- I chose this sparkly black sweater and paired it with a rugged denim of mine. We should never underestimate how stylish a sweater and jeans can look, especially when it has that “BLING” in it. Sweaters are cozy, relaxed and casual which is perfect for a low key NYE outfit as well.

I picked up this one from “Sarojini nagar market” for just 100rs and this 1 is my favorite out of all my recent picks.

Stylish Skirts for a New Year’s lunch ?

New Year is a part of the winter season, so why not wear a winter trend for NYE. Plaid skirts are timeless and would be perfect for a casual New year. And sweater/sweatshirt would give the skirt and boots a relaxed cozy look- perfect for a new year’s brunch.

Picked up this sweatshirt for 100 bucks and plaid skirt for 150 from Sarojini nagar market. Shoes from- Streetstylestore.

Let’s review !!

Hey guys, hope you have all started enjoying your holidays !!

So, I recently started using some products that I received from HalfN’Half cosmetics and thought of putting up a review for some of them.

Let’s quickly start !!

IMG_4628.jpg

Mascara– If you are looking for a mascara that adds volume and length to your lashes and gives that curve upward, here is the one that you should be trying from HalfN’Half cosmetics. It’s dark in pigment and gives you that bold-dramatic look. Add a primary coat, allow it to dry fully and then add a second coat to really make your eyes stand out.

Lipstick– Their lipstick holds a generous amount of pigment, resulting in extreme color clarity and vibrancy. It’s moisturizing and hydrating enough to give you smooth and soft lips whenever you wear it. If you love matte lipsticks- look for something which isn’t too drying, gives you a matte look but feel velvety on the lips. And hence, a thumbs up to this one.

Kohl/Kajal– Okay, so what is it that we look for in a Kajal- Jet black colour, smooth application, smudge free, long lasting and reasonable price? So, their Kajal has it all, and it is so sleek that it fits into my pocket as well. It is moderately creamy and glides smoothly under and above the eyes.

Eye liner– I personally feel, eyeliners go a long way in helping you bring out your best features. The one that I am using from HalfN’Half is a liquid liner and not a pencil one, hence the application technique becomes all the more important. Waterproof eyeliners are sometimes difficult to work with, but this one works well even with a Smokey look. However, it doesn’t come with an ultra-thin brush, hence one needs to be careful while applying on the eyes. Shorter strokes on the eyes- is what I would recommend.

Blush stick–  One of my favorites, super easy to blend and smoothly glides on the cheeks and cheekbones. Cream blushes for me are any day better as they blend well with a cream highlighter too, which is my favorite formula. The best parts about cream blush is that you use your fingers to apply the product. Although, you can use a brush, the warmth of your fingers loosens the product and disperses the pigment onto cheeks.I have been using it on my cheeks, eyes n lips as well- so it’s a multitasker!

Lip pencil– Available in multiple colors, I am not a big fan of lip pencils but since they can too be put to multiple use- I have been using mine from HalfN’Half as an eye pencil too. And so far they have been really gentle on my eyes and lips both.

So, overall a big thumbs up to the products and definitely recommended.

Let me know in the comments below, if you plan to try these products too !!

Let’s glam up for this wedding season !!

So, the wedding season is here and I thought what’s better than talking about some wedding season dressing. All we want is to look flawless and stand out in every wedding we attend.

There are so many functions that comes with a wedding and every occasion demands a different outfit. I collaborated with this super talented designer having an Instagram page by the name Nakhra by Parthivi and a makeup artist Navneet Manihani to create my favorite looks for wedding and Haldi/Mehendi. I did go all out with royal colours, fancy curls and some amazing eye make-up.

Look 1- How about going all glam with a sexy back ?

For the wedding function, I personally like wearing a lehenga. So, I chose something with stone work all over the choli & a gorgeous back, a plain skirt with it to balance it out and make it comfortable to wear. I went with minimal jewelry in this look and some soft curls. The beauty of this outfit is that it can be worn both for a day and night wedding. All you need to do is- add a light mesh dupatta and some bangles for a night wedding and you are all ready 😉

Look 2- Want to do away with the usual yellow outfits for a Haldi function ?

How about adding some gold and maroon to a haldi/mehendi function. Palazzo pants and dhoti pants are getting very popular these days, all thanks to their versatility. I paired a crop top here- plain from the front but with a heavy work on the back with golden palazzo pants. You can team it up with some floral jewelry as well to give it more of a Haldi/Mehendi look.

Basic Styling- 1 Denim, 3 WAYS

Many of you might not know that I am a huge denim lover.Skinny’s, Flairs, Boyfriend jeans, Ripped jeans, Denim jackets, I love it all. It is the best basic one can have.

I bought this ripped denim from Stalkbuylove and styled it in 3 different ways for 3 different occasions. So, thought of sharing it with you all.

My First look- Party ? Yes please !

Paired the denim with a snow creme blouse/top for an evening party look along with a neck-piece that I got from Sarojini Nagar market for just 100 bucks. You can definitely pair it up with a nice pencil heels or even shoes to give that perfect party look.

Wearing a striped one side off shoulder shirt here for a Sunday brunch. If you ask me, I think every girl needs a basic shirt and a good fitted denim. This a perfect simple easy going day outfit, easy just like a Sunday morning 😉 . And yes shoes to go with it, to give it a casual look !

And the last look- Planning a weekend getaway?

This is my weekend get away look. I wore a plain spaghetti top with my denims for a day off with my family. Adding my Missa More shades, silver shoes and a bag that I picked up from one of the insta pages to give my look just a little oomph factor.
